GENERAL INFORMATION

Possession of a form does not mean that admission is granted.

Any student is eligible for seeking admission to First Year of degree course under following conditions. Eligibility (Ref. Circular 125/2015-16 of Savitribai Phule Pune University). Or click on the link below

NOTE

RESERVATION

Reservation is applicable only for Maharashtra Domicile SC, ST, DT, NT, OBC, SBC Categories as per the Government of Maharashtra G.R. [The students migrating from other States will not be entitled to the concessions/ benefits available to SC/ST/ DT/NT/ OBC & SBC students of Maharashtra State].

The Government Freeships are awarded for a period of one year only. A student holding such a scholarship/Freeship must, therefore, apply/ refresh every year before the date specified by the Government.

In case a student is not awarded the Freeship, he/she must pay entire the College fees.

For Students taking admission in B.Sc- Computer Science and BBA –Computer Application

Scholarship/Freeship is Available only for candidates belonging to SC and ST Categories only.
Scholarhip/Freeship is NOT Available for candidates belonging to OBC/NT/SBC, etc.

In case a student is not awarded the Freeship, he/she must pay entire the College fees.

Notice regarding this will be displayed on the notice board. Students are advised to look out for notices in this regard.

Aadhar Card:

Aadhar Card UID : As per the ambitious "Direct Cash Transfer" project by Central Government, Aadhar Card Number is compulsory for all the students seeking financial assistance from Govt. Without an UID No. a student is not entitled to get the benefits of Govt. scholarships, freeships, etc.


  • Students seeking admission for F.Y.B.A. must have cleared their HSC (Arts Commerce, Science and / or MCVC course with English as their main subject)
  • ITI Passed students are eligible for B.A., B.Com.
  • Students seeking admission for F.Y.B.Com must have cleared their HSC (Commerce, Science with English as their main subject)
  • Students seeking admission for F.Y.B.Sc must have cleared their HSC (Science with English as their main subject)
  • Students seeking admission for F.Y. BCS must have passed HSC level (10+2) exam in science or 3 years Diploma Course after SSC.

B.B.A. - C.A. (First Year) formerly known as BCA

(a) Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or its (First Year) equivalent Examination with 40% marks from any stream. (35% for Reserved category and 40% for Open category candidate as per Maharashtra state government rules) and English as one of the Subjects.

or

(b) Three year Diploma Course (after S.S.C.) of Board of Technical Education conducted by Government
of Maharashtra or its equivalent.

or

(c) Two year Diploma Courses in Pharmacy (after H.S.C.) of Board of Technical Education conducted
by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent.

or

(d) Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) Examination with 45% marks and any Vocational
subject at (10+2) level.

(e) Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) Vocational (MCVC)- Minimum Competency based vocational course Examination with 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidate as per Maharashtra state Government rules).

F.Y. B.Sc. (Computer Science)

(a) H.S.C. (10+2) Science Stream with Mathematics or its equivalent examination.

(b) Three Years Diploma Course, after S.S.C. (10th standard) of Board of Technical Education conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent.


THE FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT CONCESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE STUDENTS BENEFIT

Following documents are compulsory in all cases :

  • True copy of Last Exams’s Mark Sheet (attested )
  • Income Certificate of Parent
  • Scholarship to Physically Handicapped Students (Govt. of India)
    Documents to be submitted –
    • Medical Certificate
      Last date – within 30 day from date of admission.

  • Scholarship to Backward Class Student on Caste Basis (Govt. of India)
    • Attested Xerox copy of School Leaving Certificate
    • Attested Xerox copy of Caste Certificate
    • Hostel Certificate in case student staying in a Hostel
    • One Photograph.

  • Freeship to Backward Class Students (Govt. of India)
    Documents to be attached – (a & b)
    • Attested Xerox copy of School Leaving Certificate
    • Attested Xerox copy of Caste Certificate
      Last date – within 30 days from date of Admission.

  • Eklavya Scholarship (State Govt ) : For M.Com. Only
    Documents to be attached - (a & b)

  • Open Merit Scholarship (State Govt )
    Documents to be attached - (a & b)
    Last date of submission 31st July

  • Scholarship to Children of Freedom Fighters (State Govt )
    Documents to be attached – (a & b)
    Last date – within 30 days from date of Admission.

  • Free Concession to Children of Full Time Primary and Secondary School Teachers (STC, PTC )
    Documents to be attached
    • Annexure 1 Certificate of employment with signature of Administrative / Block Development Officer / Principal / Head Master
      Last date – within 30 days from date of Admission.

  • Free Concession to Children of Service Personnel
    Documents to be attached
    • Certificate of District Sainik Board
      Last date – within 30 days from date of Admission.

  • Fee Concession to Children of Ex-Serviceman
    Documents to be attached
    • Certificate of District Sainik Board
      Last date – within 30 days from date of Admission.

  • Economical Backward Class Concession
    Eligibility – Annual Income of Father Rs. 1,00,000/- and below.
    Documents to be attached - (a & b)
    Last date – within 30 days from date of Admission.
  • Scholarship for the Merit holders
    The students who, seek minimum 60% marks & annual income below 1 lakh Rs.

  • Savitribai Phule Scholarship for Girls

  • Single Girl Child (Indira Gandhi ) Scholarship

  • Center Sector Scheme

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all the Government Concession, students may submit their application in the prescribed forms and other essential documents within 10 days from the date of their admission to the college. In case, the Government Concessions are not awarded, such students will have to pay the remaining fees immediately.

NOTE

All such application for the above scholarships should reach the College Office on or before 20th August of each academic year.

Fee Concessions & Scholarship

Fee concession to students are available as per the rules and regulations of Govt. of Maharashtra.

Note:

For claiming all types of State and Central Government scholarships a student has to compulsorily fill the online application form (website - maharashtra.gov.in link e - scholarship). After filling the online application form, the student has to submit the hard copy to the office and get an acknowledgment. Students are advised to check the Scholarship notice board regarding details of various scholarships from time to time.
