Scholarship Forms


Possession of a form does not mean that admission is granted.

Any student is eligible for seeking admission to First Year of degree course under following conditions. Eligibility (Ref. Circular 125/2015-16 of Savitribai Phule Pune University). Or click on the link below

Original and attested photo copies

i) Leaving certificate from previous institutions.
ii) Mark list of previous year.
iii) Cast certificate duly verified in case of reserved candidates
iv) Migration certificate in case of candidates from other universities.
v) Gap certificate if there is a discontinuity in education


Foreign and NRI students are not directly admitted to the College for any course of University
These students must obtain necessary permission from University authorities and complete the formalities prescribed by the University. Such students will be governed by rules framed by the University, College and other concerned authorities from time to time.
The students coming from other than Maharashtra State may be given admission to the respective courses depending upon availability of vacancies in accordance with eligibility norms prescribed by the University.


The fees payable by the students for the various courses will be as per the fees prescribed by the University of Pune. Refund of fees if any, shall be according to the University rules prescribed from time to time. A student once enrolled in the College must pay the fees for the entire year even if he/she leaves the College in the middle of the term and even if his/her name is struck off from the College roll. Students of the College (*Except for BSc- Computer Science & BBA- C.A.)are eligible for Government Freeship if they belong to the following categories:

1) Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified and Nomadic Tribes.
2) Economically Backward Classes (E.B.C.)
3) Wards of Primary Teachers.
4) Wards of Freedom Fighters.
5) Wards of S.S.C., D. Ed. Teachers.
6) Wards of Ex-Servicemen/Service Personnel


The Government Freeships are awarded for a period of one year only. A student holding such a scholarship/Freeship must, therefore, apply/ refresh every year before the date specified by the Government.

In case a student is not awarded the Freeship, he/she must pay entire the College fees.

For Students taking admission in B.Sc- Computer Science and BBA –Computer Application

Scholarship/Freeship is Available only for candidates belonging to SC and ST Categories only.
Scholarhip/Freeship is NOT Available for candidates belonging to OBC/NT/SBC, etc.

In case a student is not awarded the Freeship, he/she must pay entire the College fees.

Notice regarding this will be displayed on the notice board. Students are advised to look out for notices in this regard.

Admission Policy

  • Admissions, not allowed after expiry of 30 days from the opening of the college. Students are advised to take the admission at the earliest.
  • Admission must be taken personally. The prescribed form is attached. It is to be filled and submitted before the time limit.
  • All admissions will be 'Provisional' and subject to confirmation by the Principal / Admission Committee.


At the time of admission, the following Documents / Certificates should be Produced

  • Certificate of passing and marks Statements of the qualifying examination in Original along with TWO Xerox copies.
  • School Leaving Certificate with ONE Xerox copies.
  • A recent Identity Card Photograph ONE Print.
  • In case of a student migrating from any another University, Provisional Eligibility Certificate from University of Pune.
  • In case of students from a college affiliated to University to Pune, an application for Transference Certificate will have to be sent through this college in the prescribed form.

Grant of Term

Admission to each term is a Fresh One. The decision to grant of term will be decided on the following criteria

  • Attendance of Lectures
  • Attendance of Practicals
  • Performance in Term-end exams.
  • General behaviour of the student in the class and out of the class
  • Full payment of fees due.
